In short: Tulam shows you prices we collected earlier from other stores. We are not the seller. Check the final price on the store's page before buying.
1. What Tulam is
Tulam is a price-comparison and styling service for fashion sold on third-party Indian platforms. [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] operates it. By using Tulam you agree to these terms.
2. We are not the seller
We do not sell, stock, ship or return any product. Every purchase is a contract between you and the retailer. Their terms, pricing, delivery, warranty, returns and refunds apply. Any dispute about an order is between you and that retailer.
3. Prices and accuracy
Prices are collected on a schedule and are not live. Each result shows when it was last checked. Prices, discounts, availability and sizes change constantly, and product listings may be withdrawn. We make no warranty that any price, discount or availability shown is current or correct, and you must verify on the retailer's page before purchasing. We are not liable for any difference between a price shown on Tulam and the price charged by a retailer.
4. Affiliate links
We earn commission on some outbound links. See our Affiliate Disclosure. This never affects your price or our rankings.
5. Styling and AI suggestions
Style recommendations, including AI-generated ones, are suggestions only. They are not professional advice and may be inaccurate.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract Tulam's data, or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
- Do not resell or redistribute our comparison data.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
7. Intellectual property
The Tulam name, design and compiled comparison data are ours. Product names, images, trade marks and descriptions belong to their respective retailers and brands, and are shown for identification and comparison.
8. Availability
Tulam is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a purchase you make on a third-party retailer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [CITY], India have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Grievance redressal
Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can reach our grievance officer at hello@tulam.io. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
